After you register for the Smart Grid Seminar, you have several options for making your hotel reservations at the Beckwith Electric discounted room rate, based on availability of rooms.

Special Beckwith Electric Room Rate: $159.00 for single or double rooms. Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes. The special rate applies for Sunday, June 27 through Thursday, July 1, 2010.

Reservation Deadline
To receive the Beckwith Electric discounted room rate, you must reserve your own hotel room by Friday, June 4, 2010 by 5:00 pm EST.

TRANSPORATION

The Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort is just a short drive from both the Tampa International and the St. Petersburg/Clearwater Airports.

Transportation is available through Super Shuttle (800-258-3826).

Hotel parking is available on a per car, per night charge: Valet: $8.00, Overnight: $5.00, Self Park: $3.00 Daily Parking
