New member of the Board of Directors

I am pleased to announce Mike Wyatt as a new member of the Board of Directors
for Beckwith Electric Company. Our friendship with Mike goes back to the
early 1970's when he joined Beckwith Electric as a design engineer. His
best-known design was of the automatic synchronizer, the M-0193, which
is still being used as he designed it in our generator synchronizing systems.
