We welcome Commander Will Miller, U.S. Naval Reserve-Retired. As a sales
representative, Mr. Miller is responsible for selling BER (Beckwith Electric
Research) services. As indicated in the accompanying article, Will's accomplishments

Founded last year, BER is a division of Beckwith Electric Company that
conducts research at the forefront of present-day engineering and physics.
Extension of the principles of engineering into the world of science yields
some surprising implications and is the basis of this newly-established
division.
