Lou Abilock, new President

Welcome to Lou Abilock as our new President. Lou is leading us on our
upward growth planned to equal or exceed that of our formative years.
At the same time, we are giving even greater emphasis to maintaining the
high quality of our product as we creatively search for ways to even further
serve our customers.
As a further service, Lou is planning a "Beckwith Index of Electric Power
Companies." This index will be the simple sum of the last trading days'
closing prices for a selected number of publicly-traded companies. We
hope that you will find this index of interest. I also welcome Leo Aubel
to his renewed position on our board. It is so good that Leo is again
able to rejoin the board in its important guidance of our company.
