My welcome to all of those of you who have read past issues of Powerlines
and look forward to the next. Our goal is to make the paper a pleasant
source of interesting and valuable information.
We are undertaking a considerable expansion of our readership and especially
to include those of you who are part of some of the smaller organizations
or portions of larger ones and who will benefit from learning of our products
and service. You are all important to us and it is our goal to serve you.
My welcome to all who are new to the family of Beckwith Electric Company
and our valued customers.
Soon you will see articles from Powerlines, present and past on our web
site-ready to download at your request. You will find instruction books
ready to download. In some instances we will require a small fee payable
by credit card number to cover cost of these books. You can communicate
with us by fax on demand to request literature or by e-mailing questions
for reply by our experts.
By providing these alternative sources of information, we optimize the
availability of our telephone experts for the tougher problems. None of
us are beyond the reach of the phone when needed.
