Beckwith Electric Industry Super Session

New Beckwith Electric Industry Super Session!

On Friday, September 30, following the Protection Seminar, Beckwith Electric will be holding its first-ever Industry Super Session. Addressing issues not covered in traditional seminars and training sessions, it features instruction by leading experts.

Power quality is an increasing concern for electric utilities and customers alike. As power systems become more complex and heavily loaded, they operate close to their stability limits and mitigation techniques need to be exercised to prevent the system from collapsing. This one-day session will focus on new technologies that are expanding the scope of power quality to help increase the reliability of power systems around the world.

Our respected and highly-qualified instructors will provide you extensive power quality information starting from the basics to the latest industry guidelines such as the IEEE 519, power quality monitoring, problem solving, contemporary topics in harmonics mitigation, and power factor correction. The Super Session includes “real world” applications, practical examples, and case studies with discussion of problems and solutions. Attendees will also receive a packet of valuable resource materials.

Industry Super Session: Friday, September 30, 2005. $295.
Deadline for registration is Friday, July 22, 2005. The seminar cost includes all course materials, breakfast and lunch, and morning and afternoon breaks. Enrollment is limited on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Deadline Extended to Wednesday, August 31, 2005:
Due to the high level of interest in this year's seminar, more seats have been made available for attendees, and the registration deadline has been extended to Wednesday, August 31, 2005. This seminar promises to be one of our best ever so don't let this opportunity pass you by. Register ASAP to be sure you can attend.
