If you are SURE that your product is defective and needs to be returned, please complete the pre-authorization online form to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number or call 727-544-2326 and ask for the Returns Administrator.

Warranty Repairs
All returns must have a valid Return Material Authorization (RMA) number clearly written on the outside of the box. Do not return any products until you receive an RMA number from the Returns Administrator. Units returned must be received prepaid. For customers located in the United States, Beckwith Electric pays all shipping charges incurred to ship the product back to the customer. For all other countries, the customer shall pay all shipping, broker fees, duties and taxes incurred in shipping products to and from Beckwith Electric. Priority returns, when requested, will be shipped at the customer's expense. Early product failures due to Beckwith Electric will be repaired at no charge including calibration, hi-pot, SWC test, 24-hour burn-in, and final electrical/mechanical test. Accidents arising from misuse in service and over voltage will be subject to a non-warranty charge starting at $300. Units returned with an open fuse, or units for which no problem can be detected, may be subject to a non-warranty charge starting at $300. Units damaged beyond repair will be returned to the customer.

Non-Warranty Repairs
All returns must have a valid Return Material Authorization (RMA) number clearly written on the outside of the box. Do not return any products until you receive an RMA number from the Returns Administrator. Units returned must be received prepaid. Repaired units will be shipped at the customer's expense. Normal shipping mode is "Ground" unless otherwise requested. The minimum repair charge is $300 which includes one component replacement, calibration, hi-pot, SWC test, 24-hour burn-in, and final electrical/mechanical test. A purchase order is necessary to proceed with repairs. Please contact us for estimates. The repair charges for labor are charged at $85 per hour. Additional components are assessed a nominal fee. Replaced components and repair work are under a 90-day warranty from date of completion.

Please Note:
Effective 11/1/2001, Beckwith Electric changed the warranty period to five (5) years from date of shipment for Products and Engineering Services shipped after this date. For Products and Engineering Services shipped prior to 11/1/2001, the warranty period remains two (2) years from date of shipment.
