Mr. Stephen Marcum is the Director of Manufacturing for Beckwith Electric.
Mr. Marcum is an experienced manufacturing operations manager, who has
directed plants for Westinghouse Electric, Eaton, and Fleetwood Enterprises.
He has a proven track record of working with engineering and marketing
to reduce time-to-market and achieve outstanding customer service.
Mr. Marcum came to Beckwith Electric after seven years of service as
Director of Manufacturing for Fleetwood Enterprises in Somerset, Pennsylvania,
a $2 billion supplier of recreational vehicles and pre-manufactured housing.
Prior to this, he held positions of Plant Manager and Division Operations
Manager with Eaton, a $7 billion provider of industrial electrical controls
and automotive components. His early career experience involved a number
of product development and operations management roles for Westinghouse
Electric, a $12 billion electrical equipment and entertainment company.
Mr. Marcum earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering
from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, and a Master of Business
Administration (MBA) degree from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
