Quality Assurance Manager
As Quality Assurance Manager of Beckwith Electric Company, Dick is responsible for all aspects of quality within the organization. He is the interface among design, manufacturing, customer service, and our customers for all quality related activities and issues.
Dick has over 30 years experience in the high tech electronics design and manufacturing industry. He spent 15 years in quality positions and as a Senior Quality Engineer, switched to the design arena where he ended a 30 year career as Principal Engineer with the Advanced Manufacturing Division of Rockwell International in their aerospace and military facilities. Dick brings to Beckwith a wide range of expertise in all aspects of manufacturing quality and design expertise including large scale system integration. With Rockwell, Dick served as the principal manufacturing-engineering liaison consultant to program management.
Dick received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering degree from Indiana Institute of Technology, and served for 10 years as a technical advisor for the American Radio Relay League, Inc. He also holds a Florida teaching license and is a member of IEEE and the ASQ.
